Personalmente vorrei che West in futuro possa esprimere il suo talento guardando ai giorni nostri, vorrei che si spingesse fino alle straordinarie vette del fantastico horror europeo di questi anni, che riuscisse a sviluppare uno stile moderno. Se una pellicola viene distribuita in 300 sale e la produzione compra 500 pagine di pubblicità è ovvio che avrà più risonanza e visibilità. E questo troppo spesso non rispecchia in toto la qualità del prodotto. Ho visto recentemente buoni horror made in Usa ma che sono stati distribuiti male o addirittura esclusivamente per il mercato dvd. Prodotti che danno la merda alle saghe che citavi prima.
